Tyler Charles King Johnson, 72, passed away after a lengthy illness on Friday, June 17, 2022 in Woodville, Texas. Charles Ray Johnson passed away Friday afternoon, April 15, 2022 in The Woodlands, Texas. At the time of his death, Charles served as the West Texas Manager for Patriot Drilling Services. He began Texas Tech University for Industrial Management, but joined the United States Marine Corps on January 4, 1968. Charles was preceded in death by his grandparents, his father, Carlos Edwin Johnson, and his wife Melissa Johnson. Charles remained a proud Texan throughout his life. He had the heart to help those who were trying to help themselves and in even in the end he asked his son Scott what he could do for him.
